Senior Accounting Associate

Job Description:

As a key member of our finance team, the Senior Accounting Associate plays a vital role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records. This individual is responsible for recording daily transactions, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with the approved BIR Computerized Accounting System. Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting software is required to perform these tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:
• Record and maintain accurate financial data for daily transactions
• Manage accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely payments and collections
• Implement and maintain procedures for data entry and record-keeping
• Perform reconciliations and journal entries as needed
• Provide support to the accounting team on various projects and initiatives

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• 2+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar industry
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting software
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
