Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of event production, including logistics, vendor coordination, and technical setup.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop and execute production plans for events of various sizes and scopes.
  • Oversee budgeting, timeline management, and resource allocation for pre-production.
Budget & Resource Management:
  • Monitor event production costs and ensure resources are allocated effectively.
  • Sources and negotiates with suppliers, vendors, and venues to secure best rates and service agreements.
Event Execution:
  • Oversees logistical aspects during event execution, including load-in, technical rehearsals, and load-out.
  • Ensures all technical equipment is tested, operational, and set up according to event specifications.
  • Engages confidently with event attendees and demonstrates in-depth product knowledge and expertise.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Production, or a related field is preferred. At least 2 years of experience in event production or a similar role in the live event industry.

Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills. Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
