About This Role
We are looking for an experienced professional to join our Consumer Lending Team as a Sales Officer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for soliciting, managing, and processing loan applications generated from accredited partners.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Deliver and attain assigned targets through effective loan sales and origination strategies.
- Conduct thorough pre-evaluation, Know Your Customer (KYC), and due diligence of accounts before referring them to the Credit Department for loan approval.
- Facilitate loan signing with clients, explain approved terms and conditions, and provide guidance on governing matters affecting the approved loan.
- Packaging loan proposals based on clients' needs, profiles, and bank assessments.
- Knowledgeable or experienced in Mortgage/Auto/Personal Loans/Credit Cards and credit evaluation.
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce, Economics, or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Excellent communication skills and sales-oriented approach.
