The Financial Controller plays a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing our company's financial operations. Reporting directly to the CEO & General Manager, this position ensures accurate financial reporting, compliance, and strategic financial planning.

This role is essential to support the expansion of business operations, streamline financial processes, and provide data-driven insights to drive informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
  2. Compliance & Standards: Ensure adherence to local tax regulations, accounting standards, and internal company policies.
  3. Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and models to align with organizational goals.
  4. Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow to maintain liquidity and support business expansion initiatives.
  5. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to optimize financial operations and processes.
  6. Internal Controls: Establish and enforce robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and minimize financial risks.
  7. E-Commerce Operations: Oversee financial operations for e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate sales reporting and reconciliations.
  8. Strategic Planning: Provide data-driven financial insights and recommendations to the CEO to support strategic decision-making and business growth.
