Qualifications & Experience
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Psychology and at least one year of working experience in a related field. Background in Recruitment is a plus, but not required. Excellent communication skills in both oral and written are essential for this role.
Tasks & Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing administrative duties, such as maintaining employee databases and sorting emails for the HR department. They will also maintain proper records of employee attendance and leave to assist with payroll duties. Additionally, they will assist the HR Manager in policy formulation, hiring, and salary administration. They will submit online job postings, shortlist candidates, and schedule job interviews. Finally, they will coordinate orientation and training sessions for new employees.
