  • Work with non-technical users to understand business needs and communicate effectively through strong English skills.
  • Manage solutions for custom reporting needs, researching reporting systems and leveraging software and coding tools, particularly SQL programming, to provide needed reporting and tools.
  • Develop general-use reporting solutions and train the team on their use, creating reports and coding approaches that can be applied across various situations.
  • Lead team-wide training, quality review, and maintenance tasks, sharing knowledge through team chat and assisting with debugging and upkeep of reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience; a degree in math, science, or business-related field is ideal.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel.
  • Proficiency in line-by-line programming, including strong proficiency in SQL.
  • Strong logical capability.
  • Clear communication in both verbal and written form.
  • Ability to explain technical subjects and train fellow team members.
  • Ability to follow instructions carefully.
  • Ability to follow team protocols and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience (preferred).
  • At least 3 years in roles requiring SQL programming (preferred).
  • Prior experience with Broadspire or an industry peer is a plus.
