  • Administer prescribed medication and treatment to employees as needed.

  • Raise healthcare awareness among employees, providing lifestyle recommendations and holding company-wide meetings to discuss general healthcare tips.
  • Report on employee health to stakeholders, making recommendations for new healthcare initiatives to lower costs.
  • Manage data related to employee illnesses and accidents, making necessary reports to stakeholders and government agencies.
Requirements:
  • Professional License in Nursing.
  • Certification as an Occupational Health Nurse by the OHNAP.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • First aid experience and ability to handle emergency situations.
  • Critical medical thinking and ability to examine employees and make healthcare recommendations.
  • Good bedside manner and ability to comfort employees in pain.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
