Job Overview:

The Operations Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the success of our programs and teams in the Financial LOB. This individual will be responsible for managing multiple programs and teams, ensuring high performance, and establishing a high standard for productivity, quality, and patient experience.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Manage multiple mid-size programs and teams in a Financial LOB
  2. Conduct team and performance reviews regularly
  3. Develop and implement best practices and procedures to enhance client satisfaction and internal efficiency
  4. Assess client requirements and identify opportunities for improvement
  5. Establish and maintain high standards for productivity, quality, and patient experience
  6. Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication
  7. Support the recruitment process by interviewing potential hires and outlining clear job expectations

Qualifications:

  • At least 5+ years of work experience in a Financial account specifically in a BPO set up
  • Knowledge and experience in KYC and AML are highly desirable
  • Must have 3+ years' experience as an Assistant Operations/Operations Manager in a BPO Company for voice programs in Financial
  • Leadership skills, Operational management as well as Client and Process Management
  • Willingness to work on-site in BGC, Taguig
