Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled GRC Platform Specialist to join our team at Optum. The successful candidate will have a strong background in GRC platform implementation and administration, with experience working with platforms such as NAVEX Service Now, LogicGate, or Rsam.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner. They should also have experience working with cross-functional teams and be able to identify process and security gaps.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify process and security gaps, recommend improvements, and assist in implementing corrective action. You will also establish compliance with data privacy regulations and maintain current knowledge on quality management and information security topics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and administer GRC platforms such as NAVEX Service Now, LogicGate, or Rsam
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify process and security gaps
  • Recommend improvements and assist in implementing corrective action
