About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Improvement Manager to drive our organization's process improvement initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing process improvements, integrating AI applications, and driving data-driven decision-making.

Your primary focus will be on streamlining our critical business processes, embedding AI applications, automating workflows, and optimizing our Source-to-Pay (S2P) system. Additionally, you will ensure that automation initiatives and digital transformation strategies improve efficiency, reduce costs, and mitigate risks across all operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Process & System Optimization
  1. Develop and implement automated, standardized, and efficient business processes aligned with company policies.
  2. Drive process automation and digital transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual work.
  3. Integrate various automation tools, AI applications, and RPA (Robotic Process Automation) into workflows.
  4. Maximize SAP utilization and ensure smooth integration with finance, procurement, and reporting systems.
  5. Establish controls and monitoring procedures to mitigate risks such as fraud, data inconsistencies, and operational inefficiencies.
S2P System Optimization & Automation
  1. Lead the automation of Source-to-Pay (S2P) workflows, ensuring seamless procurement, supplier management, and interrelated process flows.
  2. Identify and implement AI-driven solutions and automation strategies to optimize procurement and payment cycles.
  3. Monitor S2P system performance, addressing inefficiencies and enhancing functionality.
  4. Drive initiatives to integrate procurement automation with finance and ERP systems for end-to-end visibility and control.
Data Analytics, AI Integration & Automation
  1. Oversee data analytics and reporting automation to enable faster and more accurate decision-making.
  2. Ensure AI applications and predictive analytics are embedded into business processes.
  3. Utilize machine learning and AI-driven insights to identify trends and optimize workflows.
  4. Develop automated dashboards and reporting tools to provide real-time visibility into business operations.
