Responsibilities

  • Analyze business requirements and develop solutions that drive process improvements.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Present findings to customers and internal stakeholders, leveraging compelling visuals and clear communication.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in a BPO setting.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with MS Office Tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  • College/Bachelor's Graduate in any field.
  • Willingness to work onsite and adapt to mid-shift/night schedules.
