Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced DevOps Engineer II to join our Research & Development team. As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a key role in expanding our growing R&D DevOps team and helping us deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to alerts, investigate issues, and identify root causes to ensure the stability and reliability of our SaaS environment.
  • Develop and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible to automate infrastructure provisioning and management.
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, including configuration, automation, and monitoring, to facilitate fast and reliable software releases.
  • Utilize Docker and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes to containerize applications and scale them efficiently.
  • Manage cloud resources on the Azure platform, optimizing cost, security, and performance.
  • Set up monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions to ensure the availability, performance, and security of systems and applications.
  • Collaborate with the security team to implement best practices for security, compliance, and vulnerability management.
  • Write scripts and automation tools to streamline repetitive tasks and improve efficiency.
  • Work closely with development to understand underlying requirements and implement infrastructure to support it.
  • Create and maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for infrastructure and processes.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of major cloud service provider operations experience.
  • Experience maintaining, scaling, and operating a consumer multi-tenant offering.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a SaaS organization.
  • Proven experience with containers and container orchestrations systems.
  • Experience designing, improving, and operating CI/CD release pipelines.
  • Templating and Configuration Languages experience.
  • Powershell experience is required.
