Job Title: Credit Investigator

At RYDE N' GO MOTORCYCLE, we are seeking a skilled Credit Investigator to join our team. As a Credit Investigator, you will play a crucial role in scrutinizing customers' accounts and levying credit charges as per the interest rate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate credit standing and financial history of individuals and business establishments
  • Process motor loan applications following the company's policies and procedures
  • Collect relevant information through reliable sources to determine credit worthiness of applicants
  • Notify customers of the approval and rejection of credit either via emails or phone calls or both
  • Undertake visits to confirm residential and business addresses
  • Responsible for collecting debts from defaulters with penalty charges
  • Responsible for reviewing credit applications and conducting background investigation
  • Process credit applications after confirming financial status of applicants
  • Interview individuals and business owners via phone calls and visits
  • Verify information provided by customers for credit
  • Conduct investigation on the history and credit standing of loan applicants
  • Maintain and improve portfolio quality and prevent loss
  • Stay abreast of legal and regulatory changes and industry trends
