Job Title: Content Marketing Strategist

We're seeking a skilled content expert to drive our marketing efforts forward. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the B2B buyer's journey, lead nurturing, and pipeline-focused marketing tactics.

This role involves developing and implementing a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our business goals. You'll work closely with leadership, sales, and subject-matter experts to create engaging content that cuts through the noise in B2B and positions us as a thought leader in the industry.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of building content programs that drive measurable results. They'll be able to switch between sharp thought leadership, friendly social copy, and client case studies, and have a strong understanding of SEO and LinkedIn distribution.

About This Role:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our business goals
  • Create engaging content that drives pipeline, thought leadership, and brand authority
  • Work closely with leadership, sales, and subject-matter experts to capture stories and proof points
  • Measure and optimize performance using Google Analytics 4 and other tools

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience)
  • 4-6 years of experience in B2B content marketing
  • Proven track record of building content programs that drive measurable results
  • Killer writing and editing skills
  • Strong understanding of the B2B buyer's journey, lead nurturing, and pipeline-focused marketing tactics
  • A data-driven mindset and proficiency with Google Analytics 4
  • Comfortability interviewing executives, clients, and SMEs
  • Proficiency with SEO and LinkedIn distribution
