Maintenance Operations Director

Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Maintenance Operations Director to join our team at KOU FU COLOR PRINTING CORP.

About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities, including compressors, generators, air conditioning systems, and other building equipment. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional with a strong background in maintenance operations to lead our team and drive improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance of our equipment
• Supervise a team of maintenance personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their duties
• Plan and execute routine, preventive, and predictive maintenance activities to extend the lifespan of our equipment
• Source and procure spare parts, negotiating prices and managing inventory levels to optimize efficiency
• Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement, implementing changes to drive cost savings and productivity gains

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in maintenance operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
• Proficiency in strategic planning and process improvement methodologies
