Job Responsibilities:

  1. Sourcing of Field Workers: Identify and recruit skilled construction workers for various projects
  2. End-to-End Recruitment: Manage job postings, candidate selection, and hiring for roles like Junior Project Engineers and other open positions
  3. Weekly Timekeeping: Process field payroll on a weekly basis
  4. Timekeeping: Conduct bi-weekly timekeeping for office-based and site-based employees
  5. File Maintenance: Handle and maintain file 201 (soft and hard copies) of field workers
  6. Communication: Issue notices and memoranda to employees
  7. Employee Discipline: Implement discipline measures from Rank-and-File positions as well as Field workers
  8. Performance Evaluation: Facilitate performance evaluation of probationary employees (3rd and 5th month)
  9. Project Preparation: Prepare listings of workers for newly opened construction projects
  10. Document Preparation: Prepare forms and documents related to workers for new projects
  11. Hearings and Mediation: Attend hearings such as SEnA and Mediation hearings at DOLE and NLRC
  12. Contract Signing: Facilitate the preparation and signing of project employment contracts for field workers
