About the Role
Lanz Hollow Blocks is hiring an Administrative Specialist/Assistant to support its operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in record-keeping, scheduling, and procurement, as well as strong communication and organizational skills.
Main Tasks
- Manage and maintain accurate records related to production, inventory, and deliveries.
- Coordinate daily operations, including scheduling and procurement of materials, to ensure smooth business processes.
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and reports as required.
Essential Skills
- Administrative experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office, and familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Effective communication, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team.
