We are looking for a highly skilled software engineer with Japanese language proficiency to develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable and efficient web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to build high-quality user interfaces and APIs that meet business requirements.
  • Participate in agile sprints, contribute to planning, code reviews, and testing to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Leverage AI tools and APIs to streamline workflows and improve product functionality.
  • Cultivate effective communication with both Japanese and English-speaking team members to ensure seamless collaboration.
Requirements:
  • Native or near-native fluency in Japanese (written, spoken, and listening).
  • Proven experience working with the MERN stack and familiarity with relevant technologies.
  • Able to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code that meets industry standards.
  • Experience working in remote and multicultural teams with excellent collaboration skills.
  • Strong understanding of version control systems like Git and adherence to best practices in software development.
  • Ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and leverage AI tools for productivity and efficiency.
Nice to Have:
  • Previous experience integrating AI/ML models or APIs into web applications.
  • Familiarity with Python and FastAPI for backend or service integration.
  • Understanding of modern DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
