Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen, enabling them to design and implement effective PeopleSoft Finance solutions. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand and refine business requirements
  • Creating Business Process Documents (BPDs) and functional design documents
  • Performing configuration setup and testing
  • Assisting in test planning and script development

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  • 3-5 years of functional experience with PeopleSoft Finance implementing General Ledger, Asset Management, and Cash Management modules
  • Experience in either Business Analysis or Change Management and Training
  • Strong understanding of PeopleSoft solutions and change impacts
  • Preferred: experience in Hyperion tools, knowledge of scheduling software, and familiarity with change management processes
