Job Description
The Product Manager will be responsible for:
- Maintaining responsibility for tracking key metrics across a portfolio of IT Learning products and services.
- Serving as an expert about TNET Training Services and assisting salespeople in optimizing sales and market presence.
- Serving as an intermediary between TNET Sales team and Vendor Partners regarding TNET Learning products.
- Determining product pricing by utilizing market research data and reviewing service and sales costs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, Business Administration, or IT-related field.
- Minimum Experience/Training: 2-4 years of experience in IT, Procurement, Vendor Management, or Supply Chain Management.
- Competency: Proven customer focus, interpersonal, and communication skills; demonstrable work experience in Category Management, Supply Chain, Vendor Management, or Procurement.
