We are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to join our team at Job Matchmaker. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire logistics operation, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.

About You

\

To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the logistics industry, with a strong background in supply chain management. A 4-year course graduate or higher is required, and we prefer candidates with a proven track record of success in similar roles.

Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the daily operations of the logistics department\
  • Coordinating with suppliers, carriers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of goods\
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve logistics efficiency and reduce costs\
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement\
  • Providing excellent customer service and support to internal and external customers\
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure continuous improvement and growth\
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives\
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures\
  • Conducting regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement\
  • Developing and managing budgets to optimize resource allocation\
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, carriers, and customers\
  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks and opportunities to drive business growth\
  • Providing training and guidance to junior staff members to develop their skills and knowledge\
  • Fostering a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, respect, and open communication\

  • Manage other logistical services if necessary\

  • Optimize current logistical processes\

  • Ensure proper stock control\

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of P60,000.00 to P70,000.00 per month, depending on experience, plus benefits such as medical insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
