As a Case Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for clients and their law firms. Your responsibilities will include managing incoming applications, reviewing legal documentation, communicating with attorneys, and guiding clients through each step of the funding process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee a pipeline of incoming pre-settlement funding applications, ensuring timely completion and accuracy.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and medical providers to collect case details and documentation.
  • Provide exceptional guidance to applicants throughout the funding process, addressing their concerns and needs.

Document Review and Evaluation

  • Analyze legal documents, including police reports, medical records, and settlement documents, to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Verify the accuracy of law firm submissions, maintaining high standards of quality control.

Process and System Optimization

  • Maintain CRM accuracy with up-to-date information on case statuses, facilitating efficient decision-making.
  • Monitor application progress and prioritize cases effectively, ensuring timely resolution.

The ideal candidate will possess 2+ years of experience in legal funding, personal injury, claims processing, sales, or client-facing roles. Strong communication skills and a client-centric approach are essential. A working knowledge of personal injury case types and comfort handling legal documents are also required.
