Job Title: Housekeeping Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our housekeeping team as a Housekeeping Specialist.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our properties, ensuring that all rooms and public areas are clean, tidy, and meet our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of assigned rooms and public areas, including changing bed linen, making beds, replacing used towels, sweeping and mopping floors, vacuuming carpets, dusting furniture, replenishing bath care products, restocking beverages and food items in the mini-bar, cleaning public areas, reporting technical issues and maintenance needs, addressing guests' queries, helping guests retrieve lost items, and ensuring all assigned rooms are clean and tidy by the end of the shift.
  • Follow property security guidelines to ensure the safety and security of our guests and staff.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of [salary] per year, depending on experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
