  • Manage the recruitment process for IT professionals in Latin America, aligning with company growth objectives.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
  • Partner with recruiters and stakeholders to understand position requirements and drive the recruitment process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and regional labor markets to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure strategy effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide team metrics to executive leadership, accountable for daily/weekly/monthly goals and expectations.
  • Act as escalation point for issues, identifying optimum solutions for both parties.
  • Support recruiters with workload allocation, volume forecasting, and headcount planning.
  • Deliver performance optimization of all team members, setting KPIs, development plans, and mentoring.
  • Monitor and achieve team targets, budget, and SLAs around effectiveness, timelines, candidate quality, and delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working as a Recruiting Manager, conducting performance reviews, and driving performance improvement.
  • Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract and acquire IT professionals in Latin America.
  • Pipeline Development: Create and maintain a vast network of passive and active candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Collaborative Hiring Process: Partner with recruiters and stakeholders to understand position requirements and drive the recruitment process.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, interacting with people at all levels of an organization.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent is desirable.
