About the Role:
- Manage the recruitment process for IT professionals in Latin America, aligning with company growth objectives.
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
- Partner with recruiters and stakeholders to understand position requirements and drive the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and regional labor markets to provide insights and recommendations.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure strategy effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide team metrics to executive leadership, accountable for daily/weekly/monthly goals and expectations.
- Act as escalation point for issues, identifying optimum solutions for both parties.
- Support recruiters with workload allocation, volume forecasting, and headcount planning.
- Deliver performance optimization of all team members, setting KPIs, development plans, and mentoring.
- Monitor and achieve team targets, budget, and SLAs around effectiveness, timelines, candidate quality, and delivery.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working as a Recruiting Manager, conducting performance reviews, and driving performance improvement.
- Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract and acquire IT professionals in Latin America.
- Pipeline Development: Create and maintain a vast network of passive and active candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborative Hiring Process: Partner with recruiters and stakeholders to understand position requirements and drive the recruitment process.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, interacting with people at all levels of an organization.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent is desirable.
