This Bilingual French/English Lead Gen & Admin Assistant role is responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, assisting in lead generation, providing customer support and utilizing various tools to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of customer calls with a focus on building long-term relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Assist in generating new leads through consultation booking and follow-up activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email or other communication channels.
- Utilize key software tools such as CRM systems, comm hubs and phone systems to streamline processes.
- Collaborate closely with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Identify opportunities for upselling relevant services that meet customer needs.
- Ensure accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date records in our system.
- Leave detailed notes in client files for every interaction.
Required Skills:
- Fluent English and French language skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- General computer skills and familiarity with customer service platforms.
