Job Description

As our Senior UI/UX Designer, you will lead design for our property management platform, ensuring seamless user experiences across desktop and mobile applications. You will define and implement best practices in Lean UX, Agile design processes, and user-centered design methodologies.

  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to drive continuous improvements.
  • Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma or Adobe XD.
  • Evaluate responsive and accessible design principles for all products.
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate business requirements into effective design solutions.
  • Maintain brand consistency through UI/UX design guidelines, style guides, and design systems.
  • Analyze and optimize user flows to improve onboarding, engagement, and retention.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design innovations to continuously improve user experience.
  • Lead design sprints, workshops, and presentations to align stakeholders on design strategies.
