The Senior QA & Research Specialist plays a pivotal part in upholding the highest standards of accuracy and clarity in our proposals and reports. This role also supports lead management and conducts tender research to augment our business development efforts. We are looking for someone with exceptional English proficiency, a keen eye for detail, and strong copywriting skills to ensure our proposals stand out.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with consultants to prepare high-quality proposals, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Review reports generated by consultants, maintaining high standards of clarity and precision in line with brand guidelines.
  • Evaluate tenders and distribute relevant opportunities to the appropriate Business Line lead, including monitoring the Sales inbox for tender updates. Assist with tender preparation.
  • Input leads and coordinate follow-up activities within the CRM system, ensuring timely and effective communication with clients and prospects.
  • Contribute to promotional campaigns by building outreach email lists, conducting direct email outreach, and assembling mailing lists for events.
  • Work with regional/business leads to create sector and/or country target lists with key contacts.
  • Develop and maintain project case studies, showcasing successful projects and outcomes.
  • Research and identify relevant events and industry awards.
