Title: Mechanical Engineering Assistant Supervisor

The Mechanical Engineering Assistant Supervisor will assist in the supervision and coordination of the facilities maintenance team. This will involve providing technical guidance and support to team members and ensuring that all maintenance and repair work is completed safely and efficiently.

  • Provides technical assistance to the facilities maintenance team.
  • Assists in the planning and execution of maintenance activities.
  • Develops and implements plans for routine maintenance and predictive maintenance.
  • Collaborates with other departments to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
  • Preferably a licensed Mechanical/Electrical Engineer.
  • With at least 3–5 years of experience in a management role in a utility environment specializing in food processing plants.
  • Must have detailed knowledge of all utility equipment and implement planned preventive maintenance systems.
  • Preferably with knowledge in instrumentation.
  • Must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
