At Rustan Marketing Corporation, we are seeking a Brand Performance Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by analyzing sales projections, purchase budgets, and purchase orders submitted by brands.

Your primary responsibility will be to prepare a complete and thorough analysis of the sales & purchase plan for both existing and new brands, including 3 to 5 years roll-out plans. This involves identifying areas of management concern, providing recommendations to improve brand performance, and taking a proactive role in evaluating the performance of brands and stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze sales projections, purchase budgets, and purchase orders submitted by brands
  • Prepare a complete and thorough analysis of the sales & purchase plan for existing and new brands
  • Identify areas of management concern and provide recommendations to improve brand performance
  • Evaluate the performance of brands and stores, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement

We are looking for a highly analytical individual with excellent communication skills, who is self-motivated, organized, and has a passion for doing quantitative analysis.
