Job Title

A security professional is required to oversee the daily operations of the security team at a site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate the activities of the security personnel, ensuring they are trained and following established procedures.
  • Develop and enforce security policies and procedures to safeguard people and property.
  • Respond to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms, conducting investigations and preparing reports as necessary.
  • Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
  • Serve as the main liaison between the security team and site management, ensuring clear communication of security-related issues and initiatives.
  • Provide training and guidance to security staff on best practices, emergency response, and customer service.
  • Maintain accurate records of incidents, investigations, and daily security operations, and report findings to management.
Requirements
  • Education: College or Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in security operations, with supervisory experience preferred.
  • Certifications: Security and Safety-related certifications are a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
    • Proficient in security systems and technology.
    • Ability to analyze situations and make quick decisions under pressure.
