Manage invoices and billing for US B2B customers, generating and sending invoices, validating billings against Sales Orders, and reconciling AR subledgers to the general ledger.
Collect outstanding invoices and past-due accounts by negotiating payment arrangements and escalating disputed invoices.
Key Responsibilities:- Generate and send invoices, validate billings against Sales Orders, and reconcile AR subledgers to the general ledger.
- Collect outstanding invoices and past-due accounts by negotiating payment arrangements and escalating disputed invoices.
- Apply cash receipts to invoices in NetSuite, process Sales Orders, create/validate invoices, post adjustments/credits, and maintain correct AR transaction coding and documentation.
- Prepare AR aging reports, cash forecasts, and collections status reports, support month-end close by reconciling AR accounts, and track and report KPIs (DSO, aging buckets, unapplied cash).
- Identify and implement process improvements to reduce manual effort, errors, and DSO, ensure adherence to internal controls and company AR policies, and document procedures.
- NetSuite AR modules: Sales Orders, Invoicing, Cash Application
- Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, basic formulas) and AR reporting
- Familiarity with collections tools, billing platforms, and ERP reconciliation
