As an Inside Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting our Channel Account Managers and Sales teams, ensuring the timely processing of presales' opportunities and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Validating information in Opportunity Registration Forms submitted by partners/distributors.
- Engaging with Account Managers to create and assign ORFs in Salesforce.
- Responding to Account Manager inquiries in a timely manner.
- Maintaining 48 hours SLA for all ORF validations.
Additional responsibilities may include supporting other tasks concerning internal team activities and requirements.
