Job Overview:
Carelon seeks a seasoned operations expert to serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day operations. As a key member of our team, you will facilitate issue resolution and drive results-oriented initiatives.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Conducting performance reviews and participating in performance management initiatives.
- Serving as a liaison for both internal and external groups for program initiatives.
- Contributing to creating, launching, and driving critical account initiatives and programs.
- Providing input to policies and processes impacting operations.
- Leading a team of clinical trainers in executing operations activities and ensuring team members meet or exceed their goals and metrics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Coordinating workforce staffing requirements and scheduling of agents given leaves, absences, and attrition.
- Optimizing schedules to meet service metrics by efficiently handling forecast and/or spikes in call volume.
Qualifications:
- Preferably a college graduate with a clinical trainer background.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a TL role (clinical trainer background).
- RN preferred but not required.
