Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Business Banking Sales Officer – Broker Channel to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling the Bank's MSME products through various broker groups within the Bank, ensuring proper execution, pre-screening/KYC, and closing of transactions for the brokers' clients.

Responsibilities and Expectations

  1. Sell MSME products to meet monthly sales targets.
  2. Develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
  3. Provide regular updates to partners regarding their performance, new product offers, promotions, policies, processes, and turnaround time.
  4. Deliver product training and orientation sessions to brokers.
  5. Conduct sales calls on own leads or broker leads.
  6. Utilise credit and mortgage training, financial analysis, communication and presentation skills, sales (hunter), and AMLA due diligence knowledge.

Candidate Profile

  1. At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within Financial Services.
  2. Strong networker & relationship builder.
  3. Strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
  4. Adaptable and thrives in changing environments.
  5. Willing to undertake 30-60% travel.
  6. 1 - 5 Years of Work Experience.
  7. Bachelor's Degree.
