Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support.

Responsibilities:

  • You will respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • You will provide guidance and education on healthcare topics to help customers manage their health and well-being.
  • You will intervene with care providers on behalf of the customer to assist with appointment scheduling or connections with internal specialists.
  • You will provide real-time resolutions or comprehensive follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • A graduate of any 4-year course is required, no call center experience needed.
  • For 2nd year college undergraduates (completed 2 semesters) and above, with at least 6 months of BPO (Voice) experience.
  • High School graduates are also welcome with 24 months of relevant BPO (Voice) experience.
  • Must be willing to work on shifting schedules.
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Cebu.
