About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at IONOS Philippines Inc. As a key member of our IT infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our IT infrastructure, including our Hyper-V cluster farm and Active Directories.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background with 4+ years' experience in Windows stack administration, including managing Microsoft Hyper-V, System Center Suite, Failover Cluster, and Active Directory. Additionally, they will have proficiency in PowerShell scripting, knowledge of TCP/IP networking and standard internet protocols, and experience with current Windows Server systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Designing and implementing the IT infrastructure.
  • Maintaining high availability and performance of the infrastructure.
  • Collaborating with the IT infrastructure team to ensure seamless integration.

Qualifications / Additional Skills:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Relevant certification is an advantage.
  • Strong technical background with 4+ years' experience in Windows stack administration.
  • Practical experience with current Windows Server systems.
  • Profound knowledge of managing Microsoft Hyper-V, System Center Suite, Failover Cluster, and Active Directory.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP networking and standard internet protocols.
  • Knowledge of Google Workspace.
