  • Leading a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Managing store inventory, visual merchandising, and stockroom organization to maintain a clean and organized store environment.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 3-4 years of supervisory experience in retail operations.
