Design Production Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Design Production Specialist to produce high-quality, editable designs in Canva for our clients. As a Design Production Specialist, you will be responsible for turning creative requests into visually compelling assets while ensuring brand consistency and efficient turnaround.

This role involves creating, adapting, and delivering design requests exclusively in Canva, including social media graphics, marketing collateral, presentations, pitch decks, and print-ready files. You will also rebuild and convert files from external formats (PDFs, Adobe files, etc.) into fully editable Canva templates with proper structure, fonts, and design elements.

To excel in this role, you should have advanced proficiency in Canva, with a portfolio showcasing editable Canva templates converted from PDFs or Adobe files. Strong application of Brand Kits across social, marketing, and presentation formats is also essential. Additionally, you should be able to build reusable, scalable templates using locked elements, brand styles, and layout controls.

You will work closely with project managers, art directors, team coordinators, and quality specialists to align on project requirements and ensure smooth delivery. Clear communication through internal tools and delivery notes is crucial in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, adapt, and deliver design requests exclusively in Canva.
  • Rebuild and convert files from external formats into fully editable Canva templates.
  • Use advanced Canva tools such as Magic Resize, Smartmockups, and Brand Hub.
  • Set up reusable design systems in Canva with locked elements, text styles, and layout guides.
  • C coordinate with project managers, art directors, team coordinators, and quality specialists.

Requirements & Ideal Profile:

  • Advanced proficiency in Canva, with a portfolio showcasing editable Canva templates converted from PDFs or Adobe files.
  • Strong application of Brand Kits across social, marketing, and presentation formats.
  • Ability to build reusable, scalable templates using locked elements, brand styles, and layout controls.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Figma.
  • Excellent organizational skills with asset management in Canva Folders and Brand Hub.
