Technical Implementation Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Technical Implementation Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth implementation of technical projects.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience in a coordination, project support, or technical task management role in a SaaS or software environment. They should possess strong organizational skills and be able to manage multiple task threads across concurrent projects.

Responsibilities include overseeing and tracking technical tasks, communicating with technical teams and stakeholders, scheduling and managing meetings, documenting meeting outcomes, monitoring task execution, and facilitating cross-functional communication.

Required qualifications include proficiency with productivity tools such as Jira, Confluence, Excel/Google Sheets, and Slack or Teams. Familiarity with contact center platforms and integration projects involving APIs is also desired.
