Job Title: Sales Performance Insights Specialist

Connext is seeking a skilled Sales Performance Insights Specialist to join our team. This role will involve analyzing sales data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement, and providing actionable insights to drive business growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze sales performance metrics, including pipeline, conversion rates, and client data.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, to evaluate campaign effectiveness and client segmentation.
  • Support forecasting, segmentation, and quota-setting initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations to improve CRM data quality and process automation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business analytics or mathematics.
  • Minimum three years of experience in data analytics, preferably in a SaaS or fintech environment.
  • At least two years of hands-on experience using Salesforce as part of daily work responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis.
  • Proven experience using Salesforce software for managing data and supporting business processes.
  • Curious, collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
