We are seeking an individual with exceptional problem-solving skills and strong communication abilities to join our team as an IT professional. Key responsibilities include:

• Manage the IT ticket queue efficiently, ensuring all issues are documented, tracked, and resolved within established service level agreements.
• Collaborate with the finance team to maintain and improve vendor payment processes.
• Administer the onboarding and offboarding of employees, including workstation configuration, hardware provisioning, and system access.
• Author technical documentation and knowledge base articles to be shared across the organization.

• Contributing to enterprise system improvements and collaborating with the global IT team to resolve complex issues.
