About This Role

This position empowers you to contribute to the administrative backbone of a healthcare startup. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive support for all aspects of the credentialing and re-credentialing process.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Credentialing Support: Manage applications, conduct primary source verification, and maintain the credentialing database with accuracy and attention to detail.
  2. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations and accreditation standards. Serve as a key point of contact for inquiries and processes related to credentialing.
  3. Privileging and Onboarding: Prepare necessary documentation and facilitate the credentialing components of new provider onboarding.
  4. Reporting and Process Improvement: Support the generation of credentialing reports, identify issues, and contribute to the improvement of credentialing processes.
About Our Ideal Candidate:
  • Experience: 1-3 years of relevant administrative experience, ideally in a healthcare setting or regulated environment. Understanding of data entry, documentation, and administrative workflows is valuable.

  • Administrative Acumen: A keen eye for detail and methodical approach to managing documentation and data. Eagerness to learn and develop expertise in healthcare credentialing standards and compliance.
