Job Title: Social Media Content Coordinator

About the Role

This position is ideal for someone who has a passion for social media and digital content, and is highly organized with excellent communication skills. You will play a key support role within our team, assisting with brainstorming, organizing, and scheduling content across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Scheduling: Assist with creating and implementing daily content schedules using tools like Buffer or Hootsuite to ensure timely posting across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (Twitter).
  • Engagement & Community Management: Monitor social channels, respond to comments and direct messages, and help build authentic connections with our community.
  • Trend Tracking: Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends, viral formats, and platform updates to help us stay relevant and creative.
  • Team Support: Collaborate with designers, video editors, and writers to coordinate campaigns and meet content deadlines.
  • Analytics Tracking: Assist with tracking performance metrics to evaluate what's working and what's not.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Digital Native: Experience with social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (Twitter).
  • Organized & Reliable: Strong planning and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Creative Mindset: Ability to generate engaging content ideas and captions that resonate with our audience.
  • Team Player: Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to take feedback and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Quick Learner: Eagerness to learn new tools and technologies, including AI content tools like Canva or CapCut.
