We're seeking a motivated Junior Recruiter to join our team at Qubel Group. As a Junior Recruiter, you'll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and delivering exceptional candidates to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Talent Sourcing: Identify and engage potential candidates through various channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, referrals).
- Screening & Coordination: Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit and arrange interviews with hiring managers.
- Candidate Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates and provide a superior candidate experience.
- Job Posting & Market Research: Develop job descriptions, analyze recruitment trends, and refine sourcing strategies to meet client demands.
- Client & Stakeholder Support: Assist in client coordination, understanding hiring needs, and delivering quality candidates.
- Database & ATS Management: Ensure accurate candidate tracking and reporting by updating records.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably not from a manpower agency.
- Proven ability to source candidates using various channels.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
