- Own your post-production pipeline from ingest to final delivery.
- Produce engaging short-form videos that stand out.
- Edit and deliver high-quality content optimized for various channels.
What you'll need to succeed:
- 1+ years of experience creating high-quality content.
- Good understanding of multimedia assets and exporting for multiple channels.
- Proven ability to create high-impact short-form video content.
- Excellent understanding of content specs, exports, and best practices across digital platforms.
- Strong grasp of narrative structure, pacing, and emotional storytelling.
- Able to juggle multiple projects and adapt quickly to feedback.
- A proactive, collaborative mindset and passion for improving both process and creative output.
