Job Overview:

The Evaluations Expert plays a pivotal role in ensuring unparalleled customer satisfaction by closely monitoring and assessing various customer interactions. This position assesses the demeanor, technical accuracy, customer service performance, and adherence to established company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate each interaction from 1 to 5 based on different key performance indicators (KPIs): communication, approach, resolution quality, areas for improvement, and accurate information recall.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and development for colleagues.
  • Provide real-time feedback to clients as requested.
  • Create and manage an evaluation scorecard template (Excel document provided).
  • Design an evaluation dashboard to visualize colleague performance and progress.
  • Participate in regular calls to discuss evaluation scores, trends, suggestions, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in evaluations
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Able to multitask, prioritize projects, work independently, and organize efficiently.
  • Proficient in Excel and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail)
  • Trustworthy and able to maintain confidential information.
  • Superb listening, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Careful attention to detail
  • Good judgment and decision-making abilities
  • Effective time management in fast-paced environments
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite Products
  • Able to adapt, prioritize, and thrive in dynamic environments

Home Office Requirements:

  • Reliable internet connection – provide screenshot of speed test results
  • Computer specifications: at least 16GB RAM and Intel i5 core processor equivalent or higher
  • Noise-cancelling headset
  • Backup internet connection and power outage backup
  • Dual monitor
