Paid Search Campaign Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Search Campaign Specialist to drive business growth through strategic campaign planning, execution, and optimization. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing paid search campaigns across multiple platforms to deliver measurable ROI and contribute to overall e-commerce success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns on various platforms to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, bid strategy development, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
  • Monitor and analyze performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth, making data-driven decisions to enhance campaign results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid efforts with broader marketing and business objectives.
  • Develop compelling ad copy aligned with brand voice and optimized for performance.
  • Manage campaign budgets, pacing, and daily spend to ensure efficient use of funds.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed performance reports and dashboards with actionable insights to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in paid search campaign management, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), and relevant campaign management tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large budgets and drive ROI-positive results.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Looker Studio, etc.).
  • Google Ads Certification is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
