Key Responsibilities
  • Taking part in QA processes, including reading and analysis of requirements, writing and implementation of test plans/cases, testing of websites/web applications.
  • Ensuring the overall quality of the sites delivered, functional and non-functional testing.
  • Writing, reviewing, and updating document procedures to enable faster troubleshooting and resolution.
  • Identify, document, and track bugs, inconsistencies, and usability issues, providing clear reports to developers and project managers.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Proven experience in web quality assurance testing for WordPress, Shopify, Web App etc.
  • Knowledge of SEO, web accessibility (WCAG standards), and security best practices.
  • Experience in using bug tracking tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
  • Ability to perform API testing (Postman, RESTful API testing is a plus).
  • Familiarity with version control tools like Git and Bitbucket.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills to provide clear, detailed reports.
