Job Title: Senior AI Capacity Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior AI Capacity Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for owning the creation, updating, and deletion of model pools.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Create, update, and delete model pools ensuring accurate provisioning and decommissioning across Dev, Test, and Production environments.
  • Implement and maintain timely security patches for all model pools to ensure compliance in regulated environments.
  • Monitor model pool usage metrics and system performance to adjust quotas based on business demand and AI inference load.
  • Benchmark model performance and optimize resource allocation through automation and process improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong proficiency in C# and .NET for automation and service development.
  • Hands-on experience with Geneva Actions for resource lifecycle automation.
  • Familiarity with Azure Data Explorer and Kusto Query Language (KQL) and Dashboard for monitoring and analytics.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipeline implementation.
  • Proficiency in cloud-based ML services and performance tuning for cost optimization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Solid understanding of model lifecycle, scaling, and quota management in cloud environments.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with AI/ML model deployment and inference workloads.
  • Understanding of performance tuning and cost optimization for cloud-based ML services.
