Main Responsibilities
  • Clear daily collections, deposits and other general ledger clearing accounts in SAP.
  • Prepare monthly statements of charges and credits to affiliated companies.
  • Prepare monthly intercompany reconciliation reports.
Accounting Duties
  1. Prepare monthly bank reconciliation reports.
  2. Monitor and update interim Construction in Progress accounts.
  3. Prepare journal entries for dollar transactions and responses to intercompany charges.
Additional Accountabilities
  • Verify Purchase Requisitions to ensure charging to proper GL account and cost center.
  • Prepare analysis reports to explain variances between actual and budgeted amounts for major expenses.
